Our corporate identity concept is based on customer behavior that has been observed for decades: Customers often opt for goods or services they are already familiar with and transfer their previous – often positive – brand experiences to new product ranges or locations. That’s why we support companies in transforming themselves from an indistinguishable “everyday provider” into something special through a communication concept: We help you to show the outside world how good you are! All-round offer from contact phase to product/service use; A good CD starts at the moment when a random passer-by or motorist catches sight of the company or a business premises. Before he is even interested in a product or service, it is a matter of generating attention. Then the next steps are much easier! The corporate design concept should be visible and recognizable when passing by quickly: In the industry or the respective area appropriate color scheme, appropriate letters and design elements provide a good feeling. This can be a fresh green in the food or hospitality sector, a classy Bordeaux in the luxury sector combined with a matching font design and logo. The CI communicates the inner attitude and basic attitude; another effect of a well thought-out corporate identity concept is the clear communication that it is a professional company and therefore the customers also receive a corresponding return service or the trust is also justified. It’s not without reason that advice programs on various TV channels deal with the visual aspects of customer acquisition for both startups and the hospitality industry: Younger customer groups in particular (the digital natives) are much more trained in perception and place a high value on a visually appealing presentation.
